How to Disable Startup Programs in Windows System

Hello Cyber Techies Readers !!! Today we had come up with a Windows Trick. As we are Installing a lot of software's in the computer and we start up the computer while starting the PC. It may be slow that is due to the startup applications which are started executing with the operating system.Most of us are worried about this issue why the PC is taking a lot of time to Start. Some of the programs like Antivirus, Firewall and other Applications are started while starting the PC. This startup file will slow down the computer and takes time to enter into Desktop.  

Steps to Disable the Startup Programs


Step 1: Click on Start Button.
Step 2: Now Search for Run and Open it.


Step 3: Now enter the command MSCONFIG in the Run Box.


Step 4: Now it Open  Pop-up named as System Configuration.
Step 5: Now in the Navigation select the option Startup.


Step 6: Now you will find all the Applications which run at Startup. 
Step 7: un-mark the Applications which are not necessary.
Step 8: Now Apply and OK. 
Step 9: It asks to Restart your pc. 


Step 10: Restart it and Automatically the changes are Saved and the Speed Increases.

Final Words

By Disabling the Startup Applications the system will speed up and processing speed will increase as well as startup speed of PC will high. This is supported in Windows family windows XP, Windows 2003, Windows 7, Windows 8 and Windows 10 also. There are Different ways to approach the Run and the Msconfig to. The name itself represents MS Configuration files. After the startup files changes are applied then Restart your PC and check the Speed.
